One thing we learned from Creative Arts Camp, is that when your dealing with little ones it is key to keep them organized. This year we decorated bags for the children and throughout the week they collected their crafts in these bags. At the end of our camp we handed the bags to the children and off then went with a bag full of treasures.
This Fall we will do the same thing. We are going to be collecting the children's crafts throughout the semester so in the end they have a bag of treasures along with many stories to share with Mom and Dad.
ITEMS NEEDED
.99 cent Canvas Bags from MUJI (can you believe it!)
Acrylic Paint (so the children are able to wash their bags in the future)
Fabric Paint Pens
We simply drew the lions face for the children and they did the rest. They used hand prints, paint brushes, etc... to create their own personalized bags. They are a great size, you can't beat the price, and perfect for organizing the children's accomplishments.
