DIY SHIELDS

In June we ran our annual Creative Art Camp and I am thrilled to share our projects, which can easily be adapted to a variety of Sunday school programs.  We themed our crafts around C.S. Lewis's Chronicles of Narnia.  Each day the children engaged in a project building up to the finale.  One of the simplest projects and most regal turned out to be the shields.

What you will need:

chip board
markers
ribbon
printed images
scissors & hole punch

UNO: Trace and cut out the shields from chip board.

DOS: Print out images, in this case we printed out lions.

TRES: Paste  your printed images to the middle of the shield and color in freely.

CUARTO: Punch two holes on each side and lace ribbon or string through.

Easy as one, two, three...and four!
